Bio for Kathleen Exar

Kathleen Exar was a 30-year veteran teacher at Brookline High School where she envisioned and helped create a popular and successful yoga program. She has an extensive performing arts career in dance and has taught at many universities and colleges as well. She received a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance and Fitness (summa cum laude) from the University of MA/ Boston, where she was also an assistant professor. Kathleen has won national awards for her teaching from the National Dance Association and is certified in Kundalini Yoga under Gurucharan Singh Khalsa, in Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, and as a MA K-12 teacher. She was trained as a Priestess with the Athenor Fellowship under Andras Corban Arthen, is a 2nd degree Cabot Priestess and is a practicing 1st degree Alexandrian Priestess. Having recently moved to Salem, MA., she has been a reader, performer, and presenter with Nu Aeon and the Temple of Nine Wells and currently works as a reader and medium at Hex/ Omen in Salem.
